Shipping & Delivery Policy

We know an order isn't really complete until your bag, purse or suitcase reaches your door. This policy explains what happens between checkout and delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation, unless a product page states otherwise. 

Delivery Timeline

Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days after dispatch for most serviceable Indian locations. Remote areas, peak sale periods, public holidays and courier conditions may require additional time. The delivery estimate shown at checkout or communicated with the order will take priority where applicable.

Shipping Method

Depending on your location and order, Karry House ships orders either directly (self-ship) or through third-party courier partners. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed before you complete payment. Any free-shipping offer will be subject to the conditions shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or tracking number by email, SMS, WhatsApp or another available channel. Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

Customers should provide an accurate address and remain reachable on the registered phone number. If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to coordinate with the courier, additional shipping or re-dispatch costs may apply where legally permissible.

Delayed Deliveries

Courier delays can occasionally occur. If your order appears unusually delayed, contact Karry House with your order number. We will check the shipment status and assist with the next appropriate step.

Damaged or Tampered Package

If the outer package appears seriously damaged or tampered with, please photograph or record the package before opening it where practical. If the product inside is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible — preferably within 48 hours of delivery — with your order number and clear photos or video.

Delivery to Another Person

A parcel may be accepted by a family member, colleague, security desk or other person at the delivery address. Once the courier records a successful delivery, Karry House may rely on the courier's delivery record when investigating disputes.

Serviceability

Delivery is subject to courier serviceability for the address entered at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered to the provided location after payment, Karry House will contact the customer regarding the available options, including a full refund.
