Using the Website

By accessing or using www.karryhouse.com, you agree to follow these Terms and any applicable laws. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to show our bags, purses and luggage — including colours, dimensions, materials and images — as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or appearance may occur because of lighting, photography, screens and device settings. Where a product-specific description, care instruction, warranty or exclusion is shown on the product page, that information will also apply.

Prices, Taxes & Offers

Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any shipping charges will be shown during checkout. Promotional offers may have their own validity period, eligibility conditions and exclusions. Karry House may correct obvious pricing or listing errors and may cancel an order affected by such an error, with a full refund of the amount paid.

Placing an Order

An order placed through the website is a request to purchase. Order confirmation does not prevent Karry House from cancelling an order in situations such as stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we cancel a paid order, we will initiate the applicable refund.

Payments

Karry House accepts both prepaid payments (cards, UPI, netbanking and other supported methods) and Cash on Delivery (COD), depending on availability for your location and order value. Prepaid payments are processed securely through our payment partner, GoKwik. Karry House does not receive or store your complete card, UPI or banking details — these are handled directly by GoKwik in accordance with its own security standards and privacy practices. Customers must provide accurate billing and contact information and must not use another person's payment method without authorization.

COD orders: COD is available up to a maximum order value set by Karry House and shown at checkout. Orders above this limit may not be eligible for COD. To confirm genuine orders and reduce failed/fake COD deliveries, Karry House may require an advance payment of 10–15% of the order value to be paid upfront for COD orders, with the balance collected on delivery. This will be clearly shown at checkout before the order is placed.

Customer Responsibilities

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, active phone number and email address. Customers are responsible for checking order details (including size, colour and quantity) before completing payment and for ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment where required.

Intellectual Property

The Karry House name, logo, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, website design, text and other original content belong to Karry House or its licensors unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially used without written permission.

Prohibited Use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, use automated systems to scrape content, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Third-Party Services

The website relies on third parties to operate, including our payment partner (GoKwik), courier and logistics partners, analytics tools, and communication services. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Limitation & Force Majeure

Karry House will take reasonable care to provide the website and services reliably, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, network failures or courier disruptions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our business, website or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to applicable consumer-protection and other laws and the jurisdiction of the competent courts/authorities.
